Where it all began
My journey started in the world of marketing and communications, where I learned the art of storytelling and the science of human behavior. Working with top global brands, I discovered that the most powerful strategies are those that connect with people's hearts, not just their minds.
But I realized something profound: the same principles that make great marketing also make great leadership. Both require empathy, authenticity, and the ability to inspire action. This insight became the foundation of everything I do today.
